Clicking through the various news org videos on YouTube this morning, I was served a couple of advertisements regarding health care “treatments” that even without investigating the merits, I am doubtful of because of the logical fallacies being presented as part of the sales pitch.

Happy New Year! An easy 6km to start 2026 off right. There was a good amount of fresh snow, which made the choice to wear trail shoes a bright one on my part. Good luck runners and have a great year.

I loved watching WPIX, staying up, and starting my New Year with wry subversions of expectations.
Maybe this is a false nostalgia thing but I do miss it.

The Interregnum between Christmas and New Years is always weird for me. I don't do anything work adjacent but then find myself triaging my e-mail on a random Saturday. That being said, back to back calls and having to draft things following the calls was both disorienting & welcome.
