most scenes are people paired off for very tenuous reasons so they can say some banal and obvious exposition then leave giving the other a suspicious glare enough to make you wonder where they are and if they've been murdered by them in the next scene.

it looks like it was shot in the blue Peter studio on a smart phone. there's terrible chromatic aberrations on almost every shot. the cutting is piss poor, like the actors can't interact or do actual scenes.

yeah, no, this is terrible. I am constantly annoyed at how badly written things on tv are, or cinema, that have got funding and everything. I can literally piss better than this. can direct and edit better. but thanks to cptsd I am stuck here.

did a 15 minute walk and then did the workout session. used all that gym clothing I bought. felt very odd. but did it. followed along the rehab unit's YouTube session. sweating. pulse peaked at 123. now nicely at 80, drinking water.
