Mangold really nailed Walk the Line, and having June and Johnny’s blessing made it feel legit. But let’s be real—there’s no way you can fit Johnny Cash’s whole story into just a couple hours. There’s way more to tell. I’d pay a lot for a story about just his relationship with Dylan.

I don't mind that Ronstadt and her catalog exist, but I never have understood the love. If you saw her perform at the Airport Ramada bar on a Tuesday night I think you'd say that lady is pretty darn good.

Sir, had it been the Yankees, Phillies, Dodgers or even a club like the Astros where you know they put their money where their mouth is to win you'd at least see the logic. But, those god damned Rickets? The Cubs traded Bellinger to the Yankees for a bag of balls for salary relief.

When Berra would take his annual trips to Yankee spring training he wouldn’t miss a Sabathia bullpen. He’d stand off to the side to not interfere with the coaches. CC said he would always get the old man’s feedback before moving on. Claims it was more insightful than any other.

Sir, Ichiro financially supports Kobe Chiben a high school team in Japan. When in town he suits up and works out with the kids. He'll toss BP when asked, but mostly he goes through the drills as if he was on the team. He takes reps in the field and stands in line waiting for his turn in the cage.

All season long I read how the Sox worked hard behind the scenes and on the field to improve their defense. Ironic that it was one of the things that bit them in the butt last night. The Yankees have been shaky defensively all season and were mostly clean over the three games. The Sox not so much.

I hear you. Personally, I don't listen to any of the Barstool shows, but I'm 45 and not a dude bro. There are a couple of shows on the Ringer podcast network I like. I definitely understand your point though.

I hear you, but it is the nature of today's media landscape. The top-rated podcasts have far more listeners then those TV shows have viewers. The promotional value of those sleeveless guests is enormous. The one holdout is PTI with Tony and Mike. They've held the line. Good for them.

Sir, He obviously goes on these free associative rants fairly regularly. It's one thing to do it at a rally or with the press. What's disturbing is his disconnection with the audience. When at the UN or in a room full of military commanders he's not making salient points to support his goal.

Plenty of blame to go around on the Devers saga in Boston. Including the player himself. He’s a spoiled man child. However, there are managers who would have resolved it one way or another behind the scenes. Cora isn’t one of them.

She could have easily let PR types craft a media strategy for her given the circumstances. However, she didn't equivocate and went full 'right thing to do.' Not for nothing she is also a fine actor. My suspicion is it was a healthy amount of money she is donating.
