Too long artists have relied on the black-box appeals systems within platforms to decide the fate of their visibility. This has real potential to change the game for artists who experience censorship and suppression online.

The UK’s recent demand of Apple to break E2EE for iCloud storage was/is dangerous for everyone, everywhere, including artists.
It's critical that artists are aware of threats to their digital rights, so thank you @theartnewspaper.bsky.social for the opportunity.

Not all nudity is sexual— it depends on intent and consent. I use nudity in my artwork, which is often misunderstood as sexual, further proving the need for my activism.
