Trying to get back into actually playing 40k, and I'm reeeeeaaally disappointed that weapons aren't just a chart now. I remember in 7th you made a space marine captain by just choosing the listing and then picking a pistol/ccw/etc....

GW seems so damned anti-conversions now...

This might be a hot take. But after trying to play Runescape 3 with my gf, and the 4th time in my life I've tried to get into that game. I have to say it.... The combat system is trash. It feels clunky and unresponsive. Game ticks make player input feel like they are processed via dial up.

This set isn't as complex as I'd have liked and it might get a small update again to add a few more things I forgot. But the going back and fixing old models took way longer then planned. On the bright side between all the infantry kits I have up there's now over 200 bits.

Another thing that finally got done is the "upgrade" set for the troopers to make command squads. Including alternate arms with more armor, more weapons, a standard, more heads, etc.
