I gotta say the expectation of absolute perfection when it comes to rigging for SL is so insane to me. I look at World of Warcraft with WILD clipping yet it's "acceptable" for them, and yet I get called out and repeatedly told to fix 10 pixels that are visible.

This platform is wild to me 🙄

Randomly discovering a mesh file on Art Station which I know was released as "original mesh" by a very well known store has me questioning why I even bother trying to do original work for SL anymore when people just re-sell paid assets and claim it's oRiGiNaL

saaaaaaaaaaame I would love to opt out entirely. I'm mostly just so friggin tired of people using the reviews as a way to seek customer support. Like I can legit feel myself get sick to my stomach every time I see a review e-mail in my inbox.

It has 6 weights. mHipLeft, mHipRight, R_UPPER_LEG, L_UPPER_LEG, mPelvis, PELVIS.

None of them can be removed without dramatically (and negatively) impacting the rig. I don't know what to do tbh. everything I do ends up in clipping somewhere else.

I wish I could. The item has to be set up tonight.

I have to cut this rig. I'm not sure what's going on or why the creator chose to weight it the way they did. But I've already decided unless someone can walk me through it, I wont ever do a rig that has a skirt for this body.

Welp I give up. I've spent about 6-8 hours rigging JUST the lower part of a dress to Nhumana. I can't do it. There are 6 weights in the groin area, and removing any of them causes problems. It's a mini dress with slits up the side and it's short. Not even alphas help. I'm feelin defeated :/
