Feelings need to be processed, felt, and explored. Learning why you feel why you do, reshaping the emotion into positive, and generally just flowing that emotion into more positive outcomes is significantly easier and healthier than trying to make it go away or avoiding it.

Imposter syndrome, to me, typically means you are not complacent and you have a strong desire to learn more and grow your skillset. This is a great place to be but you have to redirect the imposter feeling back into the feeling it was meant to be - inspiration and drive.
