In all seriousness, though.
2025 was a year of big changes. New job. New apartment. New schedule.
I had many goals that fell through, and others that shined. I spent more time with friends, and even made a few new ones.
While there were definitely some bumps in the path, the journey was good, +

I brought in the New Year by being so jet lagged that I stayed up until 4am, decided to wake up to see the first sunrise at 6:48 which would be soo easy, just step outside & look at the ocean,
and then crashed for 12 hours straight, waking up at 4pm after sleeping through 5 alarms.

I sure did have a day today. A very very long day. I left at 10am, had to drag a heavy suitcase on my 40 min walk to the station because I'm too far in Japan's countryside for taxis... I took off ✈️ at 5pm on Monday and landed 16 hours later at 7pm on Monday 🥲
But I saw Godzilla. So that's nice.

Winter is no longer my favorite season.
That only applied to when I had central heating and could easily be warm and comfortable inside my home without fearing the cold every time I wanted to get up.
