Yes it was - they actually create the uncivilised feel very well using rather minimal props. One scene in particular is incredibly wild and savage.

Saw a terrific adaptation of Lord of the Flies at Chichester Festival Theatre the other day, I would highly recommend it if have a chance to see it.

My dog needed to go out at night and there were foxes *everywhere*. I've never seen so many foxes. Every time I turned another wandered out. Took a long route to get back to avoid them and only found more.

Incredibly cute but incredibly frustrating when trying to keep a dog calm and quiet at 3am.
