@danpfeiffer.bsky.social I think you and addisu missed something about trump that politicos in general tend to miss. yes, regular folk have an established opinion about how shitty trump is, but their opinion of the baseline politician is not that far off from that level of shittiness.

just in case someone could benefit from this as i have: most of the blaring screens at gas pumps have a mute button. i’ve typically found it at the top right, sometimes second from the top.
