Started the gym at the end of December with my partner, I could literally only bench the bar itself (45 lbs) 😅
Ive been keeping up multiple times a week, and now I am benching 85! Its still not impressive, but its a huge improvement for me :3
Tldr; I smell amazing after the gym 😤
