I also get that everyone has diff needs and such though; what works for one person might harm another, so obvs take any advice with a -giggle- grain of salt. Lol.

Not to be -that- person, but I found I had this problem after i massively increased my water intake too! I found out it was cause the increased water meant i was flushing out my salts and electrolytes; so just having a powerade/gatorade or a salty snack now and again helped. Def watch for PoTs tho!
