I will continue to strive to maintain those outstanding outcomes. My tip is to include everyone, ensure there are no cliques, they are toxic. Train and bring others up with you. Never mistake kindness for weakness, be true to yourself and lead by example.

Made a rookie error today and forgot my sun lotion. Now I have rosy cheeks and nose and look like Rudolph. I also made a judgment call error today. Nothing occurred but the potential was there, for which I apologise to the rider, I'm sorry I didn't catch your number.
