The Dennis Schroder-Kings signing didn't make any sense when it first happened. It makes even less sense now.

I do think a De'Andre Hunter-Keegan Murray combo at the forward spots would be fun to watch.
Intrigued to see what follows this move, but the Kings have at least finally opened up the floodgates in turning over this roster.

IF the Kings-Cavs make this Keon Ellis-De’Andre Hunter deal, I’m very intrigued to see how the rest of the deadline unfolds for Sacramento.
Hunter is 28 and due to make $24 million next season. Seems like an “add and compete” move the Kings could have used a year ago.
