They're called french curves, and they usually come in a pack with a lot of different curves and angles to make it easier. They also have flexible curve rulers, which have wire on the inside so you can make whatever curve you need, and slick rubber on the outside.

Oak is a 10th gen Lasombra ancillae. He's an Abyss Mystic, descent of Montano and all-around general not very nice dude. He does have both the Unblinking Vissage and Monstrous flaws. As far as his physical appearance, pre-embrace he was a debtor and highway robber in the 1830s. So rail thin, and long limbed. He dresses well, usually in pressed three peice suits, always black with silver buttons.
