Bitcoin holders are authenticated using digital signatures that depend on elliptic curve cryptography (ECC)," Scott Aaronson, a University of Texas computer scientist involved in the study, told IBD. "And quantum computers have been known to be able to break elliptic curve cryptography for 30 years.

String Theory is my new hobby for 2026. But you won't see me post impractical theoretical physics. The best ideas are always practical in daily life. This chart of time and space number sets complexity is just beautiful! 😻

It is will and effort that allow you to walk to the end of the path that began with a greedy first step.

Those of us who study and understand China do not fear that it will take America's place because we thoroughly know both countries' strengths and weaknesses.

But a fascist America and a totalitarian China signal a new stage for global war.

Heavy metals poisoning (such as mercury, lead, chromium, arsenic, etc.) are a modern pollution problem that is almost never tested and rarely reported in humans. In this article, wild wolves are dying from contaminated food in...Alaska!... And are dying from heavy metals poisoning. What of people?

The world has noticed what American fascism means but many Americans still haven't.
The new norm is that skirting the rules is alright if you have political protection. Wealthy individuals may rest easy knowing that their tax returns will not be audited. The Department of Justice has dropped prosecutions of politicians for corruption

What's the difference between different crypto techs? Two of the biggest are covered here: Solana and Ethereum. The difference in speed and security is what makes crypto tech so much more desirable compared to traditional finance banks.

How the Ethereum vs Solana war ended quietly not with a bang but a whimper
Solana delivers 400-millisecond finality on one chain. Ethereum splits execution across rollups with seven-day exits. The choice hinges on which trade-offs matter for application.
