Most farmers with health insurance get it from the healthcare exchange, part of the Affordable Care Act. The GOP CR as it's written will double in some cases triple your insurance costs. With no market to sell your soybeans, can you afford a 2-3X jump?

Roger Marshall, the Kansas Senator that thinks he's qualified to speak to Ag issues, went on TV last night and opined that Kansas farmers have access to too many USDA resources. Marshall isn't qualified to be a vet, let alone a doctor, and certainly not a farmer. 🤬
