Its good to be mindful that being human is a universal experience and we are not alone in it.

We can all relate to each other and connect with one another.

Its part of the experience and you are worthy of that.

That must totally mean Im not worthy of their time or interacting with them, yep.

Its something I have done on a subconscious level and I have only recently noticed as a behavioral pattern.

Its hard to remind yourself that everyone is human and we are always figuring things out in life.

You know,

For most my 20s, Ive inadvertently put others up on pedestals mentally.

I will find a thing in a person that I admire and by extension put myself down for thinking I dont have that thing.

If they have that thing, then surely they have everything figured out, right?

I am so proud of myself!

Im about 7IBS away from my year weight goal Ive set for myself.

Ive lost a total of 23IBS from June to now October. From a mix of gallbladder issues and making the decision to move and eat better for my health.

They finally got back to me for my dermoid cyst surgery, FINALLY!!

Nov. 10th Im getting these suckers evicted from my body.
Phew.

Im so relieved, its not even funny. 😭😭

Im still switching to a new OBGYN after this procedure and follw up because my current one's office absolutely stinks.

I called another OBGYN to set up a first-time patient appointment on Halloween. 🙃
Both my sisters go to her.

Tired of getting the run around with this dermoid cystbsurgery and my current OBGYN.

Im just so upset, frustrated, and want to be listened to and taken seriously.

Keep your fingers crossed for me. They seem to be extra pokey right now for some damn reason.

They keep at it I may as well just switch to a new OBGYN.

It was OK when I had yearly check ups but for anything as important as surgery they suck at getting to you.

It is an absolute joke that was nor never will be funny.

My general surgeon and their nurse were 10x quicker than these guys with my gallbladder surgery.
And they are literally in the exact same office.

Its downright ridiculous!

No one was there to answer multiple times of the day.

It should not be this damn hard to schedule a surgery nor to get in contact with a doctors office.

I feel its pretty pertinent to get a damn grapefruit and apple sized cyst out of my fricking body.

But apparently not. Im so tired.

I am so frustrated....

I talked to my OBGYN on yhe 25th. Gave the ok for this cyst removal surgery. Said to contact the nurse to schedule.

Its been almost 2 weeks.
Called at least 5 times last week, left a message Monday. Left a message Friday.

Went physically to the office yesterday. Nothing.

Ive started like....going "Hey gorgeous/ sweet cheeks, looking GOOOOOOD today" and making kissy faces and eyebrow waggles at myself in the mirror in the morning

And it is so stupid, makes me laugh. xD
Its also giving me more confidence in myself too though.

Im both incredibly surprised and happy with how better Ive felt and the weight Ive slowly lost simply eating smaller portions and going on 1 to 2 10 to 12 minute walks a day.

Really eye-opening just how bad my eating habits were and how sedentary I was.

I wish I learned this sooner....

I went yard-saling yesterday.

Kicking myself for not getting the almost complete set of the Anne of Green Gables series for 50 cents a pop. C':

It just didn't have the first book so I left it.

Sigh....

I did get a classic horror movie collection from the 20s to the 60s, so there is that!

Im slowly learning that being active does not mean I have to push myself every single time. Nor should I.

Its just simply moving my body and I should take it at my own pace.

Change is gradual.

Im over here twiddling my thumbs waiting for a call back from my OBGYN's scheduler to discuss a surgery date.

Which may not happen for another day or two.

I wish this stuff didnt take forever just to schedule something.....
