The emails from the lawyers in the case in the files say the family of the girl were involved in the abuse. But Leon Black's lawyers use interviews with her family to try to argue the girl's story was entirely fabricated...

FYI, this seems related to this lawsuit filed in 2023. Currently, the Jane Doe is forced to represent herself in a lawsuit against Leon Black, whose lawyers have been attacking her (former) lawyers with an attempt to sanction them.

They hired PIs to dig up dirt on the Jane Doe too
Many people may have come upon some coded journals from a survivor in the Epstein files.

They are horrific, to say the least. I won't link them here.

But I have spent some time digging into the situation, and have a lot of reason to believe the journals are the basis for this lawsuit:

How many of the people who signed the big cancel culture letter turned out to be in the Epstein files? Just asking questions

I think it’s a reactionary backlash to all liberatory struggles. antiracist struggles, feminist struggles, working class struggles. the powerful are trying to consolidate their power and enshrine existing hierarchies.
so much of our present misery is just a giant, prolonged backlash to integration

“Politically, too, Levit is less of a revolutionary than his press suggests. Despite his firebrand self-image (“I’m extra-extra-extra left”), his closest political associates in Germany are establishment journalists and moderate Green MPs, hardly members of the radical fringe.”

Levit was on that podcast with “two nice Jewish boys” who famously said: “If you gave me a button to just erase Gaza, every single living being in Gaza would no longer be living tomorrow. I would press it in a second”

Oh it’s been way worse than just that. The “I’m no expert Spiel” has been the backtrack of choice for that whole peer group. But there was a hot moment of genocide-incitement that progressives in Germany will never forget.

What betrays the 'I don't know enough' as a 'I don't want to know' is that Levit has enough resources and connections to find out more, to 'get more knowledge'. Except he chooses not to because he might run the risk discovering something from which there is no coming back.
“Yet if Levit is an icon, he is an icon without any real responsibility. Asked about the destruction of Gaza, he responded with a Strauss-like shrug: “I do not like to speak about things about which I don’t have enough knowledge….” It turns out art can be an excuse for not engaging after all.”👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

So I asked what happened to your [activists] and she said "I [stake them out] but they keep [getting arrested at hotels]" so I said "It sounds like you're just feeding [activists to the feds]" and then her daughter started crying
Something that would be fascinating to cover, but something I am not personally sourced for, are the arrests of activists or press by federal agents. I did try staking out one activists home, but she was arrested at a hotel instead.

People like this want you to think they know what they are talking about and to defer to their experience as journalists when talking about the reporting and lack thereof of ICE.

Gee, I wonder why activists did not want to work with the press and booted the guy who kept ignoring their concerns.

A lot of people are legit scared for their kids (I know I am tbh) and they react to that by trying to control them. And like, there is a lot of pressure to do that because control=safety is the dominant ideology. It's just bullshit.

Your children are people with their own unique curiosities and drives. Instead of trying to shut all that shit down try giving them the tools to decide for themselves and do things as safely as possible. But that would mean trusting them and why would you do that, eh?

Your fucking job is to prepare them for a world full of all sorts of awful awful shit. Getting the government to help you pretend none of that exists and then letting your kids loose with nothing to prepare them at 18 is fucked up and you shouldn't do it.
