-lift 3x a week
-take calls while walking
-eat healthy 80% of the time
-add in foods that promote weight loss

nothing excessive. nothing extreme.

Just got back from NYC Thanksgiving… late nights, long talks, and the kind of family time that fills you up and wears you out.

21 days until the Caribbean.

Time to lock in and work like a madman.
