You can track this progression from nerds pushing innovation to business wringing capital out of it. It’s exactly what happened and they REALLY hope we don’t remember that.
Google at its peak was basically the best information retrieval system in human history and they and every competitor decided going from there to “you didn’t want answers you wanted half-assed auto-complete 80%-wrong hallucinations” in a few years was the right idea

Of all the things I'm guilty of in KCD2 - this one is the worst so far. I've been purposely not advancing the quest involving Pavlena, because in the middle of it you find a place you can sleep, study, and dry herbs for free..
It's been absolutely worth it though. 😀😈
