Our final researcher we'd like to spotlight taking part at the Optica Fall Vision meeting is Juliette McGregor, Ph.D., who is the leader of the McGregor lab.

The McGregor lab uses high resolution retinal imaging to develop the next generation of vision restoration therapies.

Our next researcher at the Optica meeting is Jesse B. Schallek, Ph.D., who along with his lab, studies how blood flows through the vessels in the retina. They aim to understand how changes in this neural-vascular network contribute to retinal diseases and vision loss.

Several of our researchers are in Minnesota, attending the Optica Fall Vision meeting. Susana Marcos, Ph.D., is giving the Tillyer Award Lecture, "Why optics needs vision and vision needs optics."

Her lab studies how the shape, structure, and biomechanics of the eye affect how well they see.
