It is! The manga follows the chaos they end up in after discovering aliens and ghosts actually exist. I highly recommend it.

There's two main protagonists: a girl who believes in ghosts but doesn't believe in aliens and a boy who believes in aliens but doesn't believe in ghosts. They each dare each other to go to a site that is well known for supernatural activity and end up proving that both aliens and ghosts exist.

I'm reading Dandadan and I'm blown away. It's sooo good!!!
