My biggest fear regarding the Marvel Star Wars 2026 slate is how many adaptations they'll do, so I guess I'm preparing myself.

It's really a good adaptation. Jody Houser and Will Sliney are a "goated team", as they say.
And to my earlier post, the film itself also looked great, so that was never the issue. Still, they tied the Skywalker saga together visually in the comic, and that's a good feat.

One of the greatest oddities of Star Wars publishing, to me, is how the Clone Wars novelisation by Karen Traviss has never been reprinted after its hardcover run sold out (in the US, at least).

Finished reading the ROTS novelisation. Second half definitely had more impact and worked amazingly in terms of style. My main takeaway is that I fucking love that film and yearn for Jedi-centric Star Wars to ever be that good again on-screen.
