Provost John Z. Kiss co-authored a new global roadmap on how plants can sustain human life on the Moon and Mars. Kiss joins 40+ scientists in outlining the breakthroughs needed to grow food, recycle resources and build sustainable habitats in space.

We know that we have stellar faculty, and it's great to see when others recognize it, too. In a report published by Stanford University, 18 Florida Tech faculty members were named to a list that compiles the top 2% of scientists worldwide.

Chi Phi has turned a simple cheek swab into a lifesaving tradition. Since partnering with Gift of Life in 2022, the chapter has hosted multiple bone marrow drives, collected hundreds of swabs and helped lead to 14 donor matches.
