I don't think you should give up on it if there's even still a little bit of fun you can have with it. I may be frustrated with writing for purely social reasons, but the act itself still brings me so much joy I couldn't imagine myself ever not writing, if that makes sense

i find myself constantly frustrated at trying to share writing passion projects only for none of my friends to find the time to actually read any of it!! please!!! i need to share the brainrot!!!!!! but also i totally understand bc life is busy and reading is exhausting!!!!!!!! but!!! fuck!!!!!!!

being a writer is objectively so much fucking worse than drawing stuff
reading takes so much time compared to seeing a piece of art and instantly being able to appreciate it, which makes writing infinitely harder to share
