added the "Luck" upgrade today. 🍀

gives a chance of triggering any other on hit upgrade:

- if you DIDN'T buy the upgrade thats triggered = effect at level 1

- if you DID buy the upgrade = effect gets doubled

just added in the "Composure" upgrade, which reduces your movement ability cooldown (only dash so far)

that makes it just one left to go for now! 🎉

though every level will have 2-3 unique upgrades that better match the playstyle of the area later on
