I lowkey forgot my headphones are terrible and need to be replaced, since I haven’t played HZD/HFW since I moved. Booted up a new game of HZD and oh my god, the lawn mower buzzing noise is worse.

I finished the first chapter of "outside forces" which is the final work in my three-part series "laws of motion." Yes, it's finally getting to the happy ending I've been promising with that "angst with a happy ending" tag for two works now.

Sorry I've been so MIA, I moved across the country and then was at field camp (guys, I saw SO MANY COOL ROCKS!!!). I start grad school tomorrow, wish me luck! But I should get back into some VP posting soon- some of my backlog while I fiddle with the settings on my PC.

I GOT AN ADULT BIKE!!! I’ve been riding the bike I managed to fix up but it’s uh, child-sized and SO uncomfy to ride. But I found one that fits me and I’m SO PLEASED.

Well, bikes are fixed up! One is comically small and the other goes exactly one speed so I still need a new bike BUT I can at least get around town economically now.

Shoutout to the bike shop guy who let me peacefully cuss out the kiddy bike today while I tuned it up.

UPDATE!!! I HAVE A BIKE! It's not *my* bike but I found some old bikes in the basement of my new place that I'm allowed to tinker with, so I have wheels again!

I still want my bike back though.
