Devers overcame Graves' disease--which nearly resulted in the amputation of her feet--to become one of the greatest/most-decorated female sprinters of all time. She won an #Olympic gold medal in 1992 & two more in 1996.🥇🥇🥇 #inspiration

Kash ordered a team of FBI agents to go through the Epstein files many months ago to redact Trump’s name based on FOIA exemptions 6 and 7. It is highly unlikely they are going to be unredacted before they are released. ONLY victim info should be redacted, but much more will be.

So my IG, Facebook, and Threads accounts have all been disabled. The claim is that my account doesn't follow the rules or violates community guidelines. It actually doesn't. If that's the case, most of the accounts I follow, would also be gone. They're not, so clearly that's an error. Oh well.... 🤷🏾‍♀️

On January 4, 1942, Dr. Mathew Perry opened a school for Licensed Practical Nurses in Fayetteville for African Americans. It operated at least through 1950 and many graduates were hired by the federal hospital at Fort Bragg.

The Sanitary Pad was developed by a black woman named Mary Beatrice Davidson Kenner of Monroe, NC.
Mary's invention was initially rejected due to racial discrimination. Her invention proved to be too important to be ignored and was later accepted in 1956 - 30 years later. #blackhistory
