so while I'm still in the first extermination I'm guessing he's using a new/alternate infestation that incorporates technology from the start to create a new brand of warframes with stronger abilities and the y2k bug introduces some kind of global vulnerability that he can exploit for it

or better yet, incorporate more in-depth information from the wiki in the game's explanations
you already have tooltips, you could do something like "press ctrl for more details"
