However, SCOTUS gave POTUS absolute immunity for official acts under Biden. Biden could've gone up to a podium and said that felons are ineligible to run for office then booted ACB and Kavanaugh for lying to Congress and capped it by appointing two new Justices.

Russia is too busy getting it's ass kicked in Ukraine to support Venezuela in any meaningful way and the smart move for China would be to annex Taiwan while the world is distracted. The sheer size of the US military makes conventional warfare against it inadvisable.
