· 1 small pumpkin or squash (approx. 1.2Kg)
· 1 tbsp oil

3-INGREDIENT HUMMUS SCONES!
Soft, savoury, saving waste.
200g hummus
80g plain flour
1 heaped tsp baking powder
- Mix ingredients.
- Form a thick sausage & cut into rounds.
- 200°C fan (Gas 6) for 12 mins.
- Butter & eat 😋
