Our temporary fiber line got cut by our neighbor's lawn company but it brought about the best customer service interaction I've ever had:

"So you have visual confirmation it's cut"
"Yep it's straight up cut"
"Well that makes this pretty cut and dry... I'm so sorry I did NOT mean to make a pun"
