I remember having to take an exam on marine navigation when I was at cadet camp.
I did so well on that exam.
And i'm trying to remember how to chart on a map, and I can't remember.
I knew all my tools and how to use the compass to trace the things and just fuck!

I think my job loss is just really affecting me and I need better coping mechanisms.
I can feel myself just shutting down and I need to stop trying to just power through it . I understand it was not my fault, they were downsizing departments.
