I love that the power lines aren’t even gone. They just SPECIFCIALLY removed the one pole from Hanks back yard lol

I unfortunately believe this. Afterall, all those 'in progress' generated videos are trained on that very thing.
We don't have to gatekeep to each other -- but posting our secrets and processes online openly is being used against us.

I overlaid the original with the one in the op and all the details are exactly the same except the text. It actually looks like someone used the clone stamp / healing brush tool in photoshop to mess up the text. I wonder if it was to throw off content identification

Yeah I own both, started with an EM10-II (very cheap today) and solid enough for a taste of MFT. I got an EM5-II shortly after though and it’s SIGNIFICANTLY more premium in build quality and performance. Costs about 2x more but feels like 5x more of a camera. The e-m5 mkII specifically is fantastic.

I have a GX8 as well and it’s also worth looking at for how unique of a shooting experience it offers. Not as solidly performing as the G9 but the GX8 just has a cool one-off design that makes you want to pick it up.

The E-M10/E-M5 MkII’s meanwhile are the best cheapest models I’d highly recommend

Lots of MFT cameras are super cheap these days! The G9 is probably the highest end discontinued model out there right now — it has all the modern features you’d want, got mine for just $400. The EM1 MkII is a second choice if you go for Olympus. (Similar price but not as feature packed as the G9.)

And still the concept is lost on them that their ‘ability’ to create hinges 100% on the model and if they stop paying for it, or lose access to it, then they can’t ‘create’ anymore. When i stop paying for Adobe, I don’t suddenly lose all my art skills.

This is what an alley looks like between two sound stages at Warner Bros btw

Once in a while it's just fun to see how well you can manage to take a photo of the moon. This is the best I could get with my highest magnification combo tonight, a Panasonic G9 + G Vario 100-300mm (at 300mm) on a tripod.

Same — brain: ‘I haven’t done any illustrations in a while…’
Reality: ‘you just spent 18 months overseeing the creation, quality, and delivery of over 1000 background assets for 20 episodes of a major show. Shut up.’

I've been doing a lot of casual photography for the last year or so but I don't want to be annoying posting photos instead of new art (which I don't have any sorry -- too busy with woorrkkk)

Yeah this is a climate condition that happens when you live in a 1. warm and dry place 2. next to mountains creating a bowl-like perimeter 3. bordering the ocean
Here's an article about it if you're curious
www.latimes.com/california/s....
How a marine inversion over the L.A. Basin acted like a lid on a pot, trapping pollutants
A shallow inversion last week was likely the culprit causing poor air quality, meteorologists say.

Cars, fine particles from the desert and mountains, denser air that sits low in the valleys that traps it all in lol
if you've ever gone up to griffith etc you can usually see the altitude at where the air density changes

for my particular balcony that means a wonderful haven for all the spiders (and then the curtains turn black too LOL)
I have just resigned to never using it and letting nature take over
