I’m honestly really grateful of how it did turn out. That was the one conversation I’d been dreading to have with her, just because I didn’t want any chance of not having her in my life. And religion is such a touchy thing to talk about.

This past week I went home to visit my family. Much needed, I’ve been homesick.

During this trip, my brother accidentally outed me as an atheist to my Christian mother. And to my surprise, the whole thing went surprisingly well. She understood my viewpoints on the matter and was accepting of it.

The Bones Behind the Glass is a dark, gripping true-crime thriller that fully delivers on its premise. Though it may be too intense in parts for some readers, I was thoroughly entertained and highly recommend it.
