Going VVD or VVD-less feels like the most significant fork in the road for me so far this season.
Quite like the idea of having someone solid with great mins and fixtures, especially over Christmas.
But it probably takes me down the 4-3-3 route which I don’t love.

2FT 0.1 in the bank - just enough for Woltemade to Joao Pedro even though I just sold him for Mateta. Irony being my plan was to sell Woltemade in 10 but couldn’t afford that after Mateta’s hat-trick put him on so many radars.
Haven’t ruled out bench boosting but currently 40/60 against it.

Played mine in GW4 to good effect so no regrets at all. The timing of these potential blanks coupled with 5FT in both 16 and 17 will be a great test of strategy as we head into the busy Christmas period.

Crash and burn is obviously a bit OTT but I do feel like the WC8 crew who pivoted to WC6 to save themselves some team value have cost themselves a fair few points and ended up with a worse squad.
