Really can’t complain about the decision to go Timber instead of Gabriel so far, I knew Gabriel was a DEFCON banker and I knew Timber was an elite attacking point dodger.

Especially considering how often I’m getting blanks in FPL it’s nice to do well in other (more fun) formats, still typical I captained the player who got injured mind! Let’s see how close I can get to 1st #Gaffr

Saka has honestly been the bane of my existence this season.
Consistently disappointing whilst owning then sold him when injured ahead of DGW to Madueke for 1 point which in turn allowed me to upgrade Thiaw (11 pointer) to Munoz for 1 point.

Saka has honestly been the bane of my existence this season.
Consistently disappointing whilst owning then sold him when injured ahead of DGW to Madueke for 1 point which in turn allowed me to upgrade Thiaw (11 pointer) to Munoz for 1 point.

Watching Liverpool last night has confirmed my decision to go with Wirtz instead of Ekitike next week.
Ekitike is a great player but he can be frustrating, feels like mostly 2 points with the odd 12 points type player whereas Wirtz is becoming the main man and involved with everything.

It’s actually crazy how many times this season I’ve rolled a transfer and the proposed transfer hauls and when I decide to risk it, the player I sell returns whilst the transfer in gets 1 point.
I’ve actually considered that I’m part of the Truman Show and they are testing me to see how I react.

Just realised the 2nd Arsenal game will be the last game of the GW so there is bound to be a DEFCON change that will effect someone like Gabriel that won’t be updated so people will incorrectly gain or lose 6 points.

I would love to go Timber TC instead of Gabriel.
Timber is just in the opposition box so often and he’s definitely going to get an attacking return or 2 soon but I know it’s not worth the risk against Gabriel’s higher floor.
