They allow you to add password protection to pages as well- which I have used for NPCs in my DnD games since some players have access to different background info ect. But that person still has to have an account even if they have the password. So that is ALMOST a good answer.

Toyhouse is great for personal organization, but does not allow anyone who isn't logged in (and marked as an adult) to view NSFW/Mature images. Since accounts aren't immediately available/require referal codes I am often left unable to share the references that way. Sad.
