I'll chuck my S2.5 Honda thoughts here:
1. 5HP change is straight up a buff to 5MP hitconfirm footsies gameplay. Makes 5MP stronger than prior, spam that button in neutral even more.
2. Normal Teppo Triple Slap change is nice, but not amazing. Still not much reward on hit, still bad against jump.
