Chat GPT commercial during the game. Seen it a few times now. Does anyone read all that text?
If AI wants to succeed, this method of branding is vague, to say the least.

Age verification?
Apparently I'm one of the Olds who still has Norton, and boy, did it NOT like the verification email Bluesky sent me.
It may be time to bid this place goodbye.

Another reason I'm losing interest in sports in general. Try finding out where you can watch all the games, or at least the ones that matter. They're slowly being squirreled away on pay-per-view.

The Rams look like the Gas House Gorillas against the Panthers.

What I always hear: “We can’t afford to pay our workers more than $15 an hour.”

What I never hear: “We can’t afford to pay our CEO millions of dollars a year.”

Funny how that works.

Why did the Bills go for 2? Tie the game, go to overtime, and let your defense do what they did all 2nd half.

Unpopular opinion: I like Tom Brady in the booth.
Sure, he's an excitable ex-jock, but the man knows his shit.
Lots of ex-jocks are commentators/ announcers and it took most of them a while to adjust.

Shichi Sudoku.
I usually do the medium in about 2 1/2 hours.
This one clocked in under an hour.

Just had a weird deja vu... while playing Sudoku?
They are usually just a flash, but this one sustained for a few minutes and kept coming back.

Kilauea is starting to spit fireworks. May be time for some Christmas fountains!

I still remember when Fox Sports unveiled their football theme song some years back that just happened to coincide with the Christmas music season.
No, that theme music doesn't sound *at all* like the classic Sleigh Ride.

If your new Nissan or Acura makes that vrooom sound you hear in their commercials you'd better take it back and have it fixed.

I'm guessing twice as many German words wrong as I have Spanish.
Duolingo has gotten me at least close to where I was in high school Spanish. Their German is as clear as mud.

So tired of guessing with the German article "the" on Duolingo.
Guessing. No explanation. Just get it wrong 4000 times until you get it.

The problem with the internet is not that people don't fact check anything they want to. The problem is that the single-minded can search long and hard enough for one voice that says what they want to hear.
And the single-minded vote.

A friend today posted a pic of his seat at the Bengals' stadium today. Still covered in snow.
That tells you everything you need to know about Mike Brown.

Has anyone had this become their main social yet? Like, first thing looked at, then on to the rest of the world?
Only reason I ever did any other social that way was because I was following a bunch of friends from an old message board.

As long as Mike Brown lives, the Bengals will keep inventing more unreal, ridiculous ways to cough up a football game.
The great Joe Burrow, feared QB, throws two straight interceptions to defensive linemen? Only in Bengaldom.
December 8, 2025 at 12:43 AM
Has any NFL quarterback ever thrown interceptions to the defensive linemen on two consecutive passes before?
Difference in the game, Joe Burrow.

Local news needs to stop preaching "slow down" in lieu of "keep assured stopping distance." One can still do speed limit in the snow, as long as you leave enough space. Folks seem to think it's their job to go 15 MPH and block anyone else from getting anywhere because the news deputized them.
