Great news for environmental justice! New Jersey’s Appellate Court affirmed the state could move forward to implement landmark Environmental Justice Law, keeping in place the legal requirement for additional environmental review for projects in overburdened communities.

The person who was killed last night crossing Beacon Ave on a bike by a hit-and-run driver was named Allie. They were described as a "hard-core cyclist."
