Yeah, there's a lot of plugins in there that bounce off other critical aspects of the engine, but the denoise plugin isn't one of them and should be fine to remove.

Also, when building the project, make sure it's set to "Shipping" instead of "Development" if you aren't already. This cuts out a lot of things not needed to make the game work and can drastically reduce file sizes

In the engine itself, go to Edit -> Plugins and disable it there

Wanna cut back on an extra 47mb? Disable the plugin "Open Image De-Noise"

Very unlikely you are using it, but if it causes issues it can be re-enabled no problem.

Indies never had the budget, we make due with what we have and learn the rest. There's plenty of free and open source art programs out there that don't rely on the plagiarism machine.

This generated image doesn't even look like your game, so functionally, it does more harm than good.
