Art is extremely complex. It's completely natural to not be able to figure so many parts out all on your own...but I think it's easy to feel like we Have to, and it's on Us if we can't just recreate the image we know we want to see.

Learning to appreciate individual skills helps to combat that!

I used to hate rendering. These days, rendering is my favorite part of the whole art process. I fucking love to do it. I trace photos and take friends' sketches just to render smth, not to post, but for fun.

It was appreciating others' art that got me here, not any amount of self-love.
