I have a worrying feeling that #FM26 is going to be delayed.

If the game's not going to be ready for 4 November, I'd rather SI tell us now - rather than wait until 2 weeks before release to pull the rug from under our feet.

Agree with a lot of what you've written about SI's PR.

SI doesn't have a PR team. Miles *IS* the PR team - and when we have to gather important information through Japanese and Korean interviews, that is not a good look.

Some more #FM26 matchday footage... and it doesn't look too good, I'm afraid.

"300+ new animations" won't mean anything if I'm still seeing players move through each other like ghosts.

This is why I switched to 2D for my last FM24 save.

In 2021, Sports Interactive announced that they were planning to incorporate women's football into the Football Manager series. After four years of extensive research and development, those plans will finally become reality on Football Manager 26. Last week saw SI reveal the first major details of what we can expect from women's football on FM26, including which leagues will be playable.

Same. There was something romantic about seeing clubs like FIorentina (when they had Batistuta) and Valencia, and discovering great players who would never ever come to England.

Now it feels like everyone in the CL has at least one player who used to play for Tottenham.

Never even had a son on FM before. 😔

I plan to manage Arsenal women on FM26... but if I did get a son in the Arsenal men's intake, I would not switch. I'd just follow his career from afar.

Hey-ho, folks. It's time for my annual Fuller FM blog update - my 'state of the union' address, if you will. Another year of FMing has been and gone, and it's been the weirdest one yet. With Football Manager 25 turning out to be just a few dodgy Photoshop mockups, we've had to carry on with Football Manager 2024 for another season.

Also, looking closer at those newgen faces... they're giving me FM18 melted waxwork vibes.

It looks better... but still a bit FM24-ish when you zoom in.

Have a closer look at the keeper in green here. If we STILL have keepers diving *through* their goal posts on FM26, I will be furious.
