The white libs in the comments are performing “allyship” instead of being honest. They explicitly state that it’s the “white men” comments. The hard truth cos someone has to say it, is that this type of post became normalized in the last 5 years, and we’re now in a climate where it no longer flies.

Also when you make what could be a critique of a person or a movement into a critique, even if valid, of “whites”, that’s the racialist tone that makes people who want to fire you say in bad faith, “ShE’s BEiNg rAcIst!” This is why liberals are routed, you think it’s about being morally right.

Because the billionaires don’t like you and will use any excuse if you provide it to them to get rid of you, but the billionaires were paying Charlie Kirk to be racist and sexist to get college kids to vote the way they like. Get it? It’s not about fairness, it’s about being politically savvy.

Kirk was being racist, obviously. I’m not saying what Karen said is the equivalent, I’m saying that in an environment where media companies are bending over to appease the right, and where white grievance is increasingly mainstream, a broad critique of “whiteness” is not wise. Why is this hard?
