I just bumped into a well-meaning cis person online who honestly asked, when I talked about the importance of cost of living to trans people, "Are trans people typically more poor or less educated? I wouldn't think there'd be a correlation here but am I wrong?"

Iirc that's the limit for a TRO, it is meant to give time for fact finding and litigation, to prevent further irreparable harm while that happens.
