Sometimes when I'm working on a commission, I get worried about my art style being too much of a radical departure but then once I'm done, I'd see the client using my art as their new profile picture

The atmosphere is top notch, I like the weird quirks in the presentation (such as Luigi and Toad looking like they came from the n64 era) and it has a unique tone that I don't think later entries have. It's less "spooky" but moreso strange, which makes it more endearing to me
