Well at least psychopathic tendencies. A lot of them are getting off on the abuse being inflicted on immigrants. Especially Trump, he's encouraging it.
Whoah, I got on bsky, read a post, remembered my wordle, finished it, came back here and scolled 1 post down to this post. I might have got the 4 if I just scrolled down 1 post .
Yah I always thought it was weird they came all this way to live in the same town. Aside from Toronto and Mississauga Southern Ontario is basically all town names from the UK. And then "Ontario" is a Iroquois name and they're east coast. Presumably a settler from Ontario went west and brought it.
I'm just trying to call it like I see it. I think that selfishness has permeated through most of western society. It just happens to be really apparent at this time in America. And I do acknowledge some it, a lot of it, is also self preservation. It's hard to fight tied down 2 jobs, a mortgage, gas.
I've worked with Americans. I've had Americans working for me. My best friend was married to an American. My family on my grandmothers side lived in America. A lot of my friends work in the States. I've celebrated US Thanksgiving more than a dozen times. I've worked in the US.
Honestly you should be pissed. I'm just not sure it should be with me. I didn't do anything fuck things up over there.
I'm not sure what you think is unique to your experience that gives you more insight. My grandparents all had US pensions. I spent most of my free time in the US. etc.
well, if you touch my hot stove am I hurting you? food for thought 😜
I agree however, I think the time is upon us to laser focus on moving away from fossil. I did a calculation and Ontario could go 100% EV overnight and the grid could handle it.
No you're not wrong. The southern parts of Alberta and Saskatchewan are the best places in Canada to harvest solar energy. Despite being more north of southern Ontario they still get more watts.
Maybe YOU don't but Americans do. How many people in the Congress or Senate are actually working every day people? Like say Kattie Porter or Tim Walz? There's so many obscenely rich people in the US government. Or am I mistaken?
My concern right now is the bizarre vandalism being exhibited at charge stations. It's like an EV Derangement Syndrome. I'm worried we don't have the culture to have nice things like this anyways. People stealing cables, breaking chargers, scratching cars for no reason. Super weird.
