Learning to express, wait &, then let go. This time is going better and I'm aware of my issues. Therapy helps.

I've picked up some new hobbies to keep me busy. Trying to meet some new people. Getting outside more. It's been scary but proud of myself.

Life has been so strange this week but I'm getting through it. I'm processing a lot of changes/issues. Changes I've noticed & expressed.

I've been learning to let go of things not being the same. I love hard when things change I can take it personally I don't want that. No body wants that.
